Hinduja Leyland — car loan n.o.c certificate not giving me

I have car loan in hindhuja leyland finace company. My car no ap 36 ad 2038 and my loan number aprane00444 in nellore (A. P) branch. My loan was closed last three years back. But i have not recieved noc letter. So many times i met hindhuja leyland finance office persons in nellore (A. P). They are not right information to me. I need n. O. C letter immediatly. Please help me
