[Resolved] Hinduja Leyland Finance — additional interest applied even though i have not opted for moratorium

Hi team,

I have two wheeler loan as per attached document for tenure of 36 months. But now i can see that tenure is increased to 42 months with additional 24, 036/- rps. Principal amount is 54, 000/- and you apply additional amount 24, 036?? Really?
On checking with your executive team from pune, i came to know that moratorium is applied. But i had not asked to applied moratorium nor anyone from hinduja asked me if i want the moratorium.
And even though i was paying regular emi by paytm.
I request you to please reverse this moratorium asap as i want to foreclose this account.

Since one and half month i am following up with your employees, but nothing has been done yet. Attaching documents also.
