[Resolved] Hinduja Leyland Finance — Bike EMI NOC certificate

I've cleared all my bike emi payments on april-2019 but my local branch employees are delaying the issue of my noc certificate.
They are stating that the employee to whom i've paid my emi payments is not an employee anymore and he defaulted in payment of few of my emi payments so please advise.
Need immediate response from you guys and i need my noc letter now. Thank you.
