Respected sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice regarding reversal of ECS mandate charges for my loan contract number KAUMMHTW00299 on Honda Activa 5G vehicle number-KA48EA1614, being lecturer by professional i am receiving half salary because of pandemic.I request you to exempt the charges of penalty for the check bounce as the required amount in the account on 5th november was available but bit delay might have caused problem .amount of 4984/- is available by 12.55pm so kindly reverse the ECS mandate charges & consider my request.
