Hinduja Leyland Finance — emi not deducted from bank

My contract no is essusitw04122. My loan amount is rs 3009. Which should be deducted from my account on 5th of every month. But for the last 2 months my emi is not deducted from my bank even when i had money on account. I paid the emi through hlf connect app for the month of march. But it was not updated. Please resolve these issue. As i am facing many problems due to this. And my cibil score might get affected.
