Sir, I would like to bring a case of activa-I purchased by Ms. Darshna and financed from your company. The scooter was purchased in July, 2016 and finance by your company, the total cost of scooter at that time as per given invoice was Rs.51, 796 for which we have paid a down payment of Rs.36, 800 and for the rest of payment we have given 8 (eight) cheques of Rs.2500 each.
The concern is that your company is saying we have not paid 1 cheque of Rs.2500 but we gave total 8 cheques to the concerned person at that time. It is a possibility that he misplaced one cheque for which your company is harassing me via calls or messages since then.
Recently, I got a message that you have committed defaults in making payment of your monthly installments vide the Two Wheeler Loan Number DHDLDETW08664 and pay the overdue amount immediately to avoid legal actions and negative reporting to CIBIL, please pay your overdue amount Rs.3240 (they added the interest also of Rs.740) urgently or surrender the vehicle to HLF, else we would be invoking arbitration proceedings along with other legal recourses.
