Hinduja Leyland Finance — for closed done about two wheeler for last month but still finance company is deducted my emi for current month

I am already for closed my two wheeler loan but still it's deducted my EMI for Loan and I am try to contact the pune branch associate still no one is responded on my call.
I want refund and please raise the legal action against finance company.
