[Resolved]  Hinduja Leyland Finance — Harassed and Abused to commit suicide

My name is venkatesh theerthala from mancherial Telangana state.I have took 2 commercial vehicles through your finance mancherial Branch Telangana state, and am the main applicant and my father late T.Bhasker is Co.applicant. I have take loan for the vehicles, due to Corona the business was completely down and even after the lock down the situation was same.there was no possibility of paying the EMI as the vehicles were not running. We had hell lot of pressure from your local finance agents Sridhar and manager.i have collected all call recordings and messages. We requested them to give Time to pay the dues as there was no income for us at all in any sort.but still they blackmailed harassed my father mentally and threatened to seize my home n to defame us in our village.everyday NARESH come home and harassed my father due that my father being a co.applicant got mentally stressed n committed suicide.as I was out of station to arrange the money to pay the dues. Mean while they have already seized 1 of the vehicle's. My father requested to give some time and spoke to the local branch regarding PAYMENTS.still they haunted him which made him to take off his life.and he wrote a letter mentioning ya finance employees are the reason behind his suicide. Legally the case has been filed against your employees. My father was source of income and head of the family he got widow old mother n wife, now they have no source of income . Please help us on this .we have no other option to live all the vehicles r stopped there's no income for us.please I request ya pardon do help us.
