Hinduja Leyland Finance — Loan Settlement harassment

Hello,
I Have took loan from Hinduja Leyland finance on[protected].
Loan amount 258962/-
Contract No : - RJBKNKSV00109
Customer Code : - RJTW000659
Vehicle No :- RJ 50 GA 0099
I have paid four regular installment of rs 10700/- monthly thereafter I Prepay 245000/- on[protected], at that time Mr Maniram their staff at Nokha branch told that there is nominal amount of 2500/- outstanding since you are prepaying you need not to pay that amount, I will waive it. now it showing outstanding amount of Rs 95000/- . I am visiting Bikaner office from last three months but my issue is not resolved. company is saying you have to pay 95000/- for keeping 2500/- outstanding.
I am harassed and new loans are on also hold.
Please help and resolve the matter
