Hinduja Leyland Finance — need refund on extra payment on loan amount

Please help to get refund on the extra amount paid on my loan. I paid extra amount as the mobile app was showing old payable amount. After i paid the amount via paytm the payable amount got in minus as i paid extra amount exceeding the total loan amount. After contacting customer care i get a response saying we will inform you shortly. But no response till now. Please help as i need the amount back asap. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

This is the worst service given by your company. I will be forced to Lodge a complain against these people soon.
