[Resolved] Hinduja Leyland Finance — NOC Letter not received since 4 years

Hi, I haven't received NOC for my Bike MH12LL6597. My Contract no: MHPUPNTW02037. My Customer Code : MHTW019665 I have paid all the EMIs, and I was told by your representative : Ms.Komal, in November 2017(last month of loan period), that we will recieve NOC letter in mail, as it comes from Chennai, within 15 days, as we had no dues and loan was all cleared. After a month, we tries contacting Ms.Komal or her manager here in Pune office, but their phones did not connect. We visited their office as well, but the office had closed and we couldn't conrtact anyone from Hinduja. We checked the app as well, and there also we dont have any dues/NOC. Its now been more 4 years since everything is cleared and we have still not received the NOC. Request you to kindly look into this and issue my NOC ASAP! Thanks Was this information helpful?
