My Loan number is ESKOKOSV00137.
I have paid all 48 emi and seeking the noc but the HLF mobile app shows outstanding of Rs 5009/-. On contacting the Kolkata office, Mr. Rajat Pal helped me with the details and told me that there are moratorium charges added to my account. Much to my surprise, the outstanding amount as per his system is Rs 22503/-. Since I have paid my emi on time during the 6 months of the corona period, why am I charged with the moratorium thing? He also escalated the matter for reversal of the moratorium on 13 July 2022. Till date there is no response from the company. After repeated follow ups with Mr. Rajat Pal, he said that he cannot do anything further in this regard.
What is the logic of this outstanding amount when all my emi are paid. Surprisingly, how can there be a discrepancy in the amounts too. I have been visiting the Kolkata office repeatedly and calling the company employees but no one is there to help further. It has been more than 9 months since I have been seeking support and there is no response from the company's end.
Finally, I demand quick action in this regard and request to close this pending matter within 7 days from the date of this email, otherwise I will be bound to take a legal step ahead.
