[Resolved]  Hinduja Leyland Finance — Non- closure of foreclosed loan

Hello Team,

Hope this email is routed to the same person whom I need to address.

This is to bring it your notice that, although I made several attempts in order to reach out the complaint redressal team of @Hinduja Leyland Finance but failed each time.

This time however I channelised with the concerned team but received no response on my utter request of the urgency of the matter.

Just to breif you about the issue:

* I had opted hinduja finance in order to finance my 2 wheeler loan in Pune in the year 2015.

* After continuing the loan for 6 months I had to move to Kolkata for the demand of my job. Hence, I followed the procedure and applied for the foreclosure of my loan.

* I cleared all my dues on 9th Nov, 2015 and even got the hypothication cancelled from Pune RTO basis the NOC received from the Hinduja Leyland Shivaji Nagar Branch.

* Now suddenly after 6 yrs when I tried applying for a loan with other bank found that my CIBIL is critically low to apply for any future loan as my loan account with Hiduja Finance is still active and overdue with 68k.

I know you may not be the concerned person to reach out for such pity issues but, I have no option left with me as I have tried everything from my end.

Its my utter request to you to please consider this email and find me one stop resolution to the issue. As me being a middle class you can understand that how important it is to fullfill my requirements. And being not eligible for loan every needs of me are now at stake.

* Foreclosue document
* No objection document after clearing the dues
* Hypothication cancellation document from Pune RTO
