I am Swarna Nithin, I have purchased a two wheeler in 2012 on my name. Loan was processed on the name of my father's name (Swarna Hemachandra Rao). We have paid all the EMI's on time. As I was out of the country I couldn't check with the details all these days. But now I see that the Vehicle is still hypothecated to Hinduja Leyland Finance LTD, I request you to help me with the Hypothecation Letter so that I can remove the Hypothecation from the RC.
