I brought a Hero mestro last year and after two months I paid the full loan amount to the agent(He gave me a fake payment bill) but after continuously 3 months the EMI gets deducted from my account and every time I called the agent and then he refunds the amount and then he suggested that I do not need to keep the amount in the bank so the EMI will not be deducted next time, and unfortunately I did so. Now after 6 months I came to know that the money I gave to the agent has gone and nothing has been added to the loan account. Then I go to the branch office and asked them to deduct the EMI amount every month from my attached bank account and this happened last 2 months, but this month the amount did not deducted and the HLF app is also not opening..Please do something ...
