[Resolved] Hinduja Leyland Finance — Using my pan card details to sanction a two wheeler loan to someone

Sir, I am PRASANTA KUMAR SAHOO, have not applied any loan from you(Hinduja Leyland finance) but my CIBIL shows a two wheeler loan (A/c- ORCUJTTW01811)sanctioned in 2018 status is open till now. This loan and overdue payment records badly affected my CIBIL score.How can your company verified my pan card with other's VOTER ID(SZE0561001) reflects on my CIBIL??? Please withdraw this loan account from my cibil(pan card) immediately otherwise I'll take legal action against you to blacklist your company in RBI. please reply... +6 photos Was this information helpful?
