We bought a loan for Suzuki Gixxer SF FI Bike(Registration No: TN 85 F 7644). The loan was bought in the name of K. MURUGAN. Our 1st EMI started on 12/03/2018. At that time they said amount will be deducted directly from our Indian bank account through ECS. But for 3 months, the amount is not deducted and we asked to one of their representative Rajesh and he said ECS is not working for us so he said us to pay amount through cheques. We paid EMI for last 3yrs through cheque. During lockdown, the government announced EMI Moratorium for 3 months. At that time we called Rajesh and he said hindujaleyland Finance company didn't deduct EMI. So after 3 months also your team didn't use the cheque to deduce the EMI amount. So after 6 months(3 months Moratorium and 3 months not placed cheque to bank to deduct money) we had a doubt and called again to the company. They said us pay the 6 months EMI through one cheque and no need to pay any interest for that. So we paid the 6 months amount through 1 cheque and after this we had only 3 emi due. We paid it properly. Now we asked Rajesh to disburse NOC for our Bike EMI. But he refused and said us to pay the interest for not paying the 6 months EMI on time. The fault is not from our side. We already gave the Cheque to the company to use it at a respective months to deduce EMI amount. But their team didn't place the cheque at the respective time and made us to pay the 6 months EMI through 1 cheque. Now again forcing us to give the interest amount without giving NOC. We have the evidence like we record the call conversation with your representative. He clearly mentioned that we no need to pay any interest. The fault is from your side. But you are asking us to pay interest amount for the fault which is done from your side. Please help us on this by removing the interest amount and provide us the NOC by the company. They didn't even respond to my mail. It's been 3 months since I raised this complaint to that team but ko response.. They keep increasing EMI interest.. please help us on this
