Every time the delivery boy comes it is a big trauma to argue with him about the tips. This time he demanded Rs.40 extra as tip and was very rude and arrogant about it. And because I did not have the exact change for the bill. He walked away giving back just Rs.35. The Cylinder cost is only 937, and I was willing to give him even Rs.20 as tip but he got very upset and demanded Rs.40 as if it was his right.
Why do we consumer's especially ladies have to suffer like this every time the cylinder is delivered? Please talk to your delivery boys and make a strict rule regarding harassment of customers. Thank you. Was this information helpful? |
