Hindustan Packers And Movers, Coimbatore — Deficiency in service and refusing to provide bill for payment made

House hold items were relocated from Coimbatore to Chennai by Anoop R who claimed to be from Hindustan packers and movers. He ensured that all house hold items including electrical/ electronic & showcase(Imported) will be dismantled and later connected at destination by skilled labors and quoted more than other packers and movers. He neither shared the consignment copy nor invoice/ bill for the transactions made for INR 20, 000/-(Rupees twenty thousand only}. They have lost important screws of the imported showcase and assembled with unskilled men and spoiled the costly showcase and all other articles are yet to be fit. Anoop is neither picking our calls for past two days nor providing bills. We need refund of amount for damages and setting the appliances. We need proper bill with charges for relocation specified.
