Hindustan Times — non-receipt of newspaper coupons

I have paid a sum of rs. 899/- on 25.06.2017 through cheque (No.000023 from hdfc bank) for subscription of hindustan times news paper and the amount has also been debited from my bank account. I have also received confirmation from your executive (Mobl no. [protected]) for receipt no. 6361093 for receiving my amount.

A ht representative also called and he assured to provide me with the coupons but till date i have not received the coupons neither from your agency nor from the distributor.

Please provide the coupons at the earliest.
