Hindustan Times — non receipt of token of ht subscription

I have paid a sum of rs. 899/- on 15.05.2017 thorugh net banking for subscription of ht through my saving account of icici bank. The transaction no. Is vin/ht media li/[protected]/0. I have not received the coupons. My hawker is pressing hard for the same.

Yesterday i called your representative on phone no.[protected] for the same. Your representative assured to provide details but till date no responce received.

Please provide the coupons at the earliest.

After above complaint, I received a call from Mobile number [protected] who introduced himself as Rahul Kumar Sharma, an employee of HT Media. He has given complaint No. SR [protected] and told me that the amount of Rs. 899/- not transferred to HT Media account so the amount will be transferred to my account. He asked my debit card number and expiry date to transfer the amount. When i doubt, he share his employee id 709145R. So, I share the number of my ICICI card. After few minutes, inform that my card is blocked and requested to share alternate card number so I given number of my SBI card. Subsequently he switched off both the numbers. While I checked an amount of 4000/- (3000/- and 1000/-)from my ICICI account and an amount of 24000/- (four thousand in five times) deducted from my accounts . Since he is your employee who possess access to above complaint, kindly refund my above amount at the earliest.

While I re -checked, an amount of 11000/- (1000/-, 3000/-, 1/-, 3000/-, 1000/- and 3000/-)from my ICICI account to a PayTm account, on same date i.e. 22.08.2017 as detailed below :

Further, an amount of 24000/- (four thousand in five times), on same date i.e. 22.08.2017, from my SBI account as detailed below :

Yesterdayday i.e on 23.08.2017, Shri Rahul Kumar Sharma again called me at 12:56 PM via mobile No. [protected] and told me that he is a employee of M/s HT Meaid, Noida and inadvertently the above amount deducted which will be recredited to my accounts within 24 Hrs.

Sir, I am sure that he (Rahul Kumar Sharma) is a bonafied employee of M/s HT Media, Noida who possess access to above online complaint, who committed the fraud.

so you are requested to kindly take appropriate action to reimburse the aforementioned amount to me.

It is painful to inform you that till now, no response received from your end. Please note, it is clear fraud committed by your staff so you are requested to take appropriate action against the concern and return my amount as stated above.

Moreover, regarding issue of monthly token, no communication received from your side inspite of lapse of about 5 months.
