Hindustan Times — not receive coupons

I have deposited a sum of ₹599 through cheque no. 248641, which was issued on 21/6/16 from my bank state bank of india for issue of hindustan hindi. The cheque was enchased in 11/7/16 to ht media ltd. But not received the coupan till now. So, i request you to please send us the above coupans to my address, f64 c 20 janta flat no 462 sector 40 noida uttar pradesh (201301). Thanking you
