Hindware Snowcrest Air Coolers — pump & wheel not working

I complaint[protected] my complain no is acr0599610. After complete 48hrs i again call hindware customer care and they give me mechanic contact number. Then i contact him but he told me he will come after 48 hrs. But he didn't attend and i again call customer care after complete 120hrs. They told me your complain is cancelled and they re-take my complain. Again i call mechanic and he told me he could not attend and told that to complain customer care.
