The Society is managed by committee of members who have been indulged in irregularities in following areas-
1.Electricity bills are not paid by society-facing disconnections by MSEB
2.Instructions to take direct pipelines of water connections with motors connected- with the result the 50 % members do not get water for essential needs.
3. Balance sheets are not made since three years
4. Books of accounts and other society meeting records are not allowed to be seen by members.
5. All FDs and Sinking funds are used.

with written complains about the society management and audit of Books of Accounts and meeting registers which are manipulated and even missed from the society office. There is gross misuse of funds. The society is collecting unreasonable moneys from the members on account of water tankers, borewells, and other repairs. Water is scarce and the soiety members have taken direct water connections from main tanks and even connected motors, with the result some members do not get water for their basic needs.
Balance sheets are not made since last three years. The reserve funds and sinking funds are misused and spent. There is gross mismanagement. The elections have to be conducted and members replaced with new committee.
