1 st exam work

Registration ID : EW7J6942
Result: accuracy below 80% ( I got report also)
2 nd exam work
Your Project ID : QP0156J
Registration ID : EW7J7092
Result: ASCII VALIDATION FAILED
3RD WORK
Your Project ID : QP0170J
Registration ID : EW8J1408
I am working the same way as I did in the first work, so how did ASCII VALIDATION FAILED in the last 2 works ?
Please explain to me what mistake I made as I have no clue about this . I am not able to contact anyone regarding this and there is no reply when I sent mail to you also . Otherwise please return my registration fees as mentioned in your email for the last two works. I need to know what mistake has been made since I am working the same way as I did in the first work.
Please explain to me as I have my first work in NOTEPAD and I am doing the same for next 2 project so how ASCII VALIDATION FAILED ? or please ask someone to contact me and explain about as there is no contact number and there is no response in whatsapp to get my registration fees back .

Hire in Global Customer Care's response Our QC Department is rejecting work if work found be done using any OCR or any character is found in Notepad which is not written-able using keyboard.

Updated by abdul10 I have done my first project QP0177J (typed in notepad) and i got accuracy report which was correct as per my work, so i need to accept it . But my second and third projects QP0156J, QP0170J was rejected due to ASCII validation which was strange as all work was done in the same way but i have done checking it twice before i send the next 2 projects QP0156J, QP0170J . So what in way your QC DEPARTMENT SAYS I USED OCR? IS IT BECAUSE I CHECKED PROPERLY AND SENT THEM WITHOUT MISTAKES ? This is not right from your side and it is not a valuable reason also . So please returned my money back as you have mentioned in your email as i am not happy with my result, because communicating in email wont help us, we need someone to tell us what is exact reason or what is the way to rectify to these validation error...
There is no one to talk from your company, all the numbers are busy or unanswered so this is not right from your side . I do want to work but i should know what is really happening in my work ...
Please return my deposit for two projects QP0156J and QP0170J as you have mentioned in your email .

No i dont have any software with me and my work got rejected first time with a accuracy report below80% and they are correct but then i register 2 times then result came as validation error, so it is very strange for me as i am only typing in Notepad same like first time but this time i am checking them 2 times so i avoided all mistakes with my wife help so reads one time also, which means it has to be 100% accuracy so my question is are they rejecting or suspecting that i used any software to type this ?
What is your accuracy ?
Please help me, i really need some money so i can register again .
