[Resolved]  Hire in Global — Ebook Typing

I signed up for work through paying a refundable security deposit of 550.

Registration ID : EW8J3080
I submitted my work to the QC department and received a mail stating my accuracy is below 80% (which I can almost guarantee is not true). The mail had a report attached to it which means my work was enough for a detailed report, but it was an xlsx file that was corrupted which meant I could not get any useful information from It.
I have made attempts to contact HIG directly to no avail filling a complaint on their website which has still not been answered.
I was expecting better from the company I do not how they could be this incompetent when it comes to basic technical tasks. I do wish to work but cannot if there is such poor conduct on the companies side.

I have already submitted a complaint form and I did not get any response from your side, I have submitted another one which I expect to be responded to asap. Why was the mail sent to me in such an amateurish fashion with a corrupted excel file and no competent oversight from the QC department? Check through your records and please get in direct contact with me to resolve this issue.

Yes I too received same error report and the error report is not opening(message displayed: it is corrupted file.)
