Resident o[censored]ma devi vihar Sai heritage Sai nagar area, amravati Maharashtra. gutter block by neighbor since 3 week and dirty water is bad smell. Water is not moving make it a risk of diseases and polluting the environment. It is getting difficult for the residents to even breath in such environment and all bad smell is spreading in the area.
