I had registered the number in quickr, after that I got a madam whose name is Sakshi and her number is as follows ([protected]) who was asked to give me a part time job without asking for registration fee, security fee. I felt that no fee is being asked and I am getting part time job, so I agreed to work. Part time job told in such a way that 500 forms have to be completed in 5 days, they give me id password and asked to login in a link, after login their profile is open as hire job And 35 rupees of a form was told. I completed 500 forms in 5 days. But when I request for job money, I get a call from the lawyer and it is told by him that I have done 500 forms 90% wrong and I will not be given any payment and in return I am asked to pay penalty by the lawyer. Spoken. Threatened to sue me for non-payment of penalty. I hung up the phone as soon as I refused to pay the penalty. After that I got a message by fraud lawyer in the number and threatened to impose section 72, 73, 74 on me. And now I am getting threatening messages. He is bothering me a lot. He is a total fraud. There was no mistake in 90% of my work because I am not illiterate. I am a graduate but still I was told that I have done 90% of their work wrong. When I was not able to complete it, they said you have to pay INR 1500 per extra day to complete the work which they had not said before.
When I refused, they said we will do court case on you.
Some “Advocate Yash” called and said that they will do a case on me for contract breach.
Then, they sent me a message that they have filed a case against me under Section 72, 73, 74 in the Indian Contract Act.
And then they have sent me all messages such as “Hire a Lawyer, we have started legal proceedings…Legal Notice has been generated and dispatched to your address…..etc”
Please look into this company.
