Dear Sir/ Madam,
My self Sachin Dawande. I purchased Hisense TV (Led 108cm) From Croma on 24th 09 2021.
After a couple of months, TV display issue started and I raised complaints to my nearest Croma shop Vashi branch approx 16th August 2022. After 2 dyas technician visited to my home and after inspection he took photo and video of tv issue and he said with in 2 days Hisense service center will resolve the issue. After 3 weeks when I called Croma they people said your request is closed. you need to raise another complaint.
you tell me IS THIS GOOD SERVICE FROM YOU AND HISENSE?
If you people are not able to handle this kind of issue then why are you keeping this Companie's TV at your shop? and WHY MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT WAS CLOSED WITHOUT INFORMING TO ME.
Are you guys also involved in this kind of FRAUD with Hisense? I purchased many things from the CROMA you can check if you want to, but from now I will not purchase anything from Croma if you people are not helping to the customer.
If you are selling anything from your shop you are also responsible for the good service too.
