We Purchased Hisense Tv from Amazon and after a few months o[censored]se, we noticed that when we connect a usb device and remove, the device goes bad. This happened with out External HDD and Pen drive. The Tv would not connect properly to our Wi-Fi as well. We raised a complaint and after almost a month they replace the board and told us that the issue will be fixed. We haven't checked the USB part but the Tv would still not connect to our Wi-Fi network whereas all other devices would connect smoothly. We raised a complaint again for this and it has been a month for which there has been no reply from their support team not their customer care personnel have an answer to our questions. The Tv is still under warranty so we mailed and told them we would like to get a refund amount and they can take their TV back and there is still not reply from their support team.
