I purchased the Hisense U7N from Flipkart on 30th Sep 2024 but there were some issues due to which I requested for replacement, and it got delivered around 8 Nov 2024. But to my shock, the replacement model was Q7N which is completely different and downgraded model. There was no mention of the different replacement model anywhere in the emails or verbal communication. This model has issues related to image quality so it not usable. The replacement model should be same, or it should communicate clearly to your CUSTOMER before delivery. I'm requesting the delivery of the same model U7n 65 inch television.
