[Resolved]  Hitachi Ac Break Down — hitachi cheating customer

Hi,

My new hiachi ac is not working since 12th-oct-2018. Till now i didn't get any resolution.
Everytime they are cancelling the ticket and saying in description "you are not reachable". I have all the recordings and ticket history with me.

Such a global leader in ac market, they are cheating the customer like this. I never expected this. I have called customer care also several times and escalated this. Everytime they are saying, this time your problem will be resolved. They visited 6 times till now. Every time they are saying, our senior technician will visit and resolve this issue. Till now no resolution.

Please suggest a way forward. Please take this in high priority.

The problem not at all resolved. I am continuously raising complaints.

You have rectified cooling issue with so much of delay. But, have placed another issue which is machine noise.

From last 1 month, i am continuously following up on this issue. You are visiting and not solving the issue.

So much of my personal time is killing. If you rectify also, i am not having confident on machine working. warranty will be finished. Then you will do charge customer for next repairs.

Why you are not replacing the Indoor Unit. Hardly, I have used it only 2 months. From 4th month onwords, the AC is not at all functioning properly and i am continuously raising complaints. Till now no proper resolution found.

Hitachi responded with the following mail.

i have taken this a year back. from 4th month on words i am facing issues. on continuous follow up about 8 months, they finally taken my AC to their lab (just 2 months back). But, till now my AC got not fixed.

They offered 6 months additional warranty 2 months back. But without solving complete AC issue, what is use of taking warranty. After all issues fixed, then only warranty has a meaning. Now i am not at all confident on AC working instead i asked to replace new Indoor Unit.
