Updated by namita gupta Time means how much???? it’s already been three years literally.u still ask me to be patient ??no single person from your firm called even to discuss the issue.in fact I am being provided with false details where the number doesn’t work or person doesn’t.
the no.given doesn’t work of kamil.earlier Hardeep singh’s number was provided and he said he doesn’t work in Gurgaon.

I am really sorry to say that I am very disappointed with the services provided by Hitachi people.Today we are standing in the month of October 2022 but we still do not have any resolution.I had complained regarding this SPLIT AC IN SEPTEMBER 2022 again and since I purchased this AC in 2019, I have been complaining to the dealer and investing my time and money in it.
Earlier they said that the gas has leaked, I got it topped up.Again a few days later they said gas is not there may be pipeline is leaking, I got the whole pipeline changed(which cost me approximately to the cost of new AC with almost getting all my wall broken for the new pipeline and paint and on top of that paid to the dealer also.)
Then in few days again it stopped working.we continually approached the dealer but this time he did not respond and Covid came.
I ask you where does our fault stand as a layman we don’t know where the problem is ? We called your authorised dealer but they didn’t diagnose the problem is in the internal unit.
Why should we pay for somebody’s elses negligence???Today the dealer says that internal unit has leakage problem again, which clearly states that the piece delivered to us was defected.
I pls request you to please take this matter seriously and replace the unit.

I want to know where the escalation is going?? I am not receiving even a single call from your good side to even discuss the issue or at least update what’s going on.
Only thing which I am being told is that, your complain is being taken care of.
BUT nobody has the answer of how it’s been taken care of.
