Hitachi Homes — hitachi refrigerator

Refrigerator hasn’t been working for a month & company fails to fix it stating part is not available.Have requested a senior cal back multiple times however no one bothers to call.Multiple follows up done but all in vain.Technician came on 11/12 and quoted 7.5k for repair, took 3k as advance informing its will be fixed in 3-5 days..its been almost a month now.We have contacted the cal Center but managers are never available to talk to and manager call backs are arranged which never happens.I have requested a senior call on Twitter howvwer same also hasn’t happened, only keep getting replies saying we will resolve it as soon as possible

Company is cheating customers by lieing and not living upto their promises..I had demanded for compensation for my loss due to the refrigerator not working for nearly 4 weeks and was informed that they will provide d best resolution also someone will call me back..during repair I had informed that I don’t want to pay the charges as amidst conversation about compensation and the rep assured that you pay the amount first and company will look into d compensation bit.Post paying d money, I get a message from Hitachi stating compensation cannot be given post resolution is provided.
Call backs weren’t made as promised by managers.Post multiple mails and tweets I got a call on last Friday and was assured they will get back reg compensation .today regional head Prasad Bhagat offered me 500 rupees..Which is utter disgrace on behalf of company who is robbing money from people and providing poor service impacting customers daily life

As per my previous update I have clearly mentioned that offering compensation of 500 is not acceptable for a delay of more than 3 weeks..Thag wouldnot compensate me for the loss of stuff which got spoiled due to delay from your end
Adding no one has called me on my number and I get a message that you guys tried contacting me? Why is your company lieing time and again..No one intends to sort the issue and you guys provide service charge reversal which is charged just to come and check wht the issue is with the refrigerator..What about the inconvenience and loss that I have gone through.

Post delay of nearly 4 weeks from your end in fixing the refrigerator..You guys charged me 8160 to get the same fixed.I had asked for compensation for the inconvenience and for not reverting to my issue after multiple follow ups..I was informed we are working on it and to pay the repair amount first..now after paying the repair charges I get a message stating compensation cannot be provided post resolution is given.Your company is full of people who don’t care for customers and lie..I have been offered compensation for 500 by your regional manager Prasad Bhagat for the delay of 3 weeks..If I delay paying you guys, would that be acceptable..M not happy with the resolution and want complete refund Of charges charged to me
