This mail is in regards to the atm installation fraud which has been done on the name of Hitachi Payment services Pvt Ltd. and their website is allbankatm.in. I was initially asked for general documents so I sent it, after few days I got a reply that your location has been approved and there is security amount of 16500 INR which will be refunded later in your first rent. I was in a contact with a person named Rajeev and his contact number is [protected], their email is [protected]@allbankatm.in, their toll free number is [protected], the second person to whom I spoke initially is Kamal and his contact number is [protected].
I transferred the initial amount they asked for which is 16500 through IMPS which you can fund in the attachment and even my application status is showing on the website but tomorrow (wednesday ie 16/06/2021) they said your location has been confirmed without visiting and they send me the approval letter with a very attractive security deposit and the rental income as they promised they will visit within 15 days which they never did also this time they asked for 37000 INR as an agreement fees which they will return after 10 months with an interest of 2% and then I come to know that I have been scammed as no legal company will give you such offer without visiting the location specially Hitachi which they were claiming they are even the bank details they gave, the company name is mentioned as Hitachi Payment services Pvt Ltd. so I called them and asked that I will do it later as I don't have that much funds but they they suddenly started talking rudely which confirmed me that they are fraud but I didn't reacted and asked to call them later.
Sir I kindly request you to please help me get my money back as its a very hard earned money as do service in Gurgaon in Concentrix so I hope that you will look into this and help me get my money back. Please go though the attachments I am sharing along with the bank details they have provided to transfer money.
