Hitwicket — personal harassment by owners of the game

Hi team,

I am playing hitwicket game from october 2013 and it have spent lot of money in that for winning the games.
But the interface has lot of bugs and they dont address the bugs in the forum report and ban me also in facebook page if we ask the status update and terms me as a salty user.
I am extremely disappointed of them calling so and so would expect return of rs 20, 000 as compensation for the time and amount i spent in the game.
