H&m — Regarding Delay in my Refund

Hello,
I have placed an order in H&M on 05/05/2022, on the online application of H&M. I have been a frequent customer of this app for more than 1 year now.
The said order contained 28 items, out of which I have returned a total of 23 products (worth 16, 778/-) and kept 5 products (worth 4, 188/-) with me.
According to the refund policy of H&m, they provide a return within 30 days after they receive the returned product in their warehouse (which takes around 5-7 days). Whereas, one of my refund was pending for more than 2 months after I’ve returned the product.
I had registered a case for my problem, had multiple follow-ups with the company for the resolution of my case, but was not getting any proper response. I have requested them multiple times to arrange a call with a supervisor or superior, but there was no action from their end for that as well.
I had also filed a complaint with an “Online legal India” which cost me a little short of 900 Rs. Along with a lot of time, sent them a legal notice also, but there was no concrete resolution. I did receive my refund but by the time I received that amt., I had already wasted a lot of my time and the fee amt. on this case.
My request is that you kindly get me a compensation for all my time, efforts and money on this refund process.
I have all the required proofs to verify the aforementioned statements. The files I have are all in PDF and recorded call audios, kindly provide an email address so that I can share all the details with you.
