Informed many times to toll in charge Siddique that there is a issue with the Scanner LANE ID : WED LANE 07 EX. Toll in charge is not at all listening and the issue is not only for me all the other vehicles passing through that lane, have to wait for manual scanning and still that one is also not working. I have waited more than 3mins and We have been forced to pay through cash and the behavior of the toll team is very rude and making fun on the passers. I ask you to take the necessary action.
