Hmi Marketers — harassing calls

Dear team,

I have been a registered company with just dial for a while now and i think that has proven to be the biggest mistake of my life. I agree to pay a membership fee to receive enquiries for my business but as a matter of the fact all i do the whole day is to answer harassing calls from just dial. On an average i answer 40 calls a day from just dial forcing me to upgrade my plan. I have clearly stated them a 1000 times that i dont intend to do so, so please stop calling me but they dont bother and keep calling. Majority of the calls have come from your chandigarh office.

I am so disappointed with just dial, how could you harass your own customers, is this how you do your business?

I am really sick and tired of it... I have blocked almost 50 odd numbers but the call flow doesnt stop at all... I don't what needs to be done, i am so tried that i will try every channel to stop this harassment. I thought i should put it in writing first and if it doesnt stop, i will use the social network to spread it out and i am sure 1000's of other people who are suffering will support this cause.

So disappointed with just dial..
I have no other options but to complain with consumer court as well
