Holiday Squares — I have done the payment but not received gadget or refund

Hi,

I am jugal chavada, i have been contacted by mr. Kapil shekhavat from holiday squares and they offered me the package of rs. 9978/- of 3n/4d package on 26th march 2017. I have been promised to get galaxy c9 pro as per promotional offer. Today almost 2 and half month passed but not received the gadget. They made me pay twice so that they can convert the amount into emi but it was not done and till today they have not yet refunded me the amount. I have been received call from the below numbers and spoken to many people like kapil shekhavat, deepak choudhary, rahul choudhary, raj choudhary, akanksha and many more on daily basis. No one is ready resolve the issue and now their customer care number is also not working and the other numbers which i have, they are responding to my calls.
