This firm had cheated us by promising an adorable stay for our trip to manali last week in a 3 star hotel (For hotel jessica, original name shri om sainath hotel). They charged us extra for providing us a 3 star hotel. But it was just a very ordinary tourist hotel. Infact hotel manager charged us forcily extra thousand rupee for new year party though we were not interested. He said it is mandatory & your trip advisor must tell you about this. He also admitted this is not an 3 star hotel & only charges 2000 per night & we paid 5500 per night. Our trip was for 2 nights so overall this firm has charged 7000rs extra on the name of 3 star hotel. I do have all the reciepts & call recordings done with ms manpreet & his boss. I am filing a case against this firm but before it i am going to publsh it in local newspaper as suggested by my lawyer friend. If some one also want to do complaint this fraud firm please mail me. They ruined all my trip & driver they send along with is was so slow & he made us walk for 3-4kms at both sight seeing coz he saved car parking charges & put it in his pocket. He also took 500rs on the name of the local union of the hill station.
Please don't approach such tour & travels to visit such beautiful place as these firms only make money as they already know same person will never ever come to them again coz of thier ruthless service. They never care for thier customers as they are still tied up resort like flamingo resort which have very poor ratings & feedbacks. So join hands with me to cancel thier license.
