Holyhigh — Holyhigh bluetooth headset

I have purchased a holyhigh bluetooth heaset one month back and now it's not working. Within one month the product got damaged and i wonder what kind of stuffs are they selling.in the user manual they mentioned that the product have 24 months warrenty. But i couldn't contact any of their customer services to complaint my register. So i need either replacement of the damaged one with new product or do refund for the same. Thankyou!
