We hired 24 hours maid from Home Help Care Services. This company never supplied the maid and on failure to do so, they confirmed the money will be refunded via WhatsApp msg.
The agency is not responding now and failed to provide confirmation on the refund. The advance payment of Rs 5000 is made on 15th March 2022. We are dealing with 2 people. One is Abhimanyu nayak[[protected]] to whom my amount is sent to and the other is Sunaina who seems to be representing the company. She is available on her company mobile [[protected]]. After several reminders to the company, we file complaint in consumer protection court ( online).
