Home maid service agency chembur by Sneha upadhya is fraud, I got in trap of her she took 6k from me and sent off copy agreement saying amount will be refunded if i don't like service.
She immediately sent one profile saying it's from her agency and then after one week taking money ran away.
Then this agency don't pick call nor giving refund saying they don't provide refund.

This was the whatsup sent by her when she wanted me to be in her trap

We are providing verified Housemaids, servants, baby sitter, patient care taker, cook, old age patients care taker, drivers will be as per your convenience requirement

2. There will be a contract in between company and client for 1 year which needs to be signed before commencement.

3. The contract amount is 8000 for 1year


4. As per our discussion housekeeping salary 10 hours salary will be decided
5. Within this contract period for 1 year we will provide 6 to 7 free trials, Clients don’t need to pay any charges for replacements.

6. The mode of payment is by Cash/Cheque only, because chequeing will take 6 or 7 days to clear in our company’s account, and within these 2 or 3 days we arrange candidate as per your requirement. Once cheque get cleared same day we start to provide our service and our client can make online payment also.

7. If due to some reason, you wish to discontinue the contract and the service provided by us within 1 month then 25% amount will be deducted from your payable amount.

8. The remaining 75% amount will be credited back to you within 30 days.

9. Home Maid services, check Candidate Background, document & references based on candidate communication and details provided. we take whole responsibility of candidate like work, behaviour, duty timing etc. we provide you all the documents (ID & Address proof copy) of the candidate.

10. The contract between Home Maid Services is valid for 1 year afterward that there will no renewal charges if same candidate is working at same place. if candidate left the job after month then client do not need to do renewal of this contract.

11. You will get service after payment .
