This agency situated in Chembur Mumbai . I have asked for full time maid . before finalization maid, they asked for registration payment of 7K INR. based on maid profile selection, I made full payment and ask maid to join which we selected . The selected maid then turn around and started saying she would not join. then agency started sending irrelevant profiles of maid.
We said, we don't need services and refund our amount. They promised to refund the money after one month as per company policy over WhatsApp conversation and later stop picking up my calls. Its been a more than 1 months, every time when I try from different nos also, they keep rotating names of executive who attends call.
Please be aware of fraud. they are the cheat agency. Owner Sneha Upadhyay is running the business by collecting advance from innocent people. their call no [protected]/67 are not reachable to me.
