Home Maid Service — Refund not being done by said company

I abhijeet agashe got contact of home maid service company from my brother regarding requirement of nurse for care giving.
when i contacted them they provide details regarding annual salary of nurse as INR 14000 and contract amount as INR 7000
They operate on numbers naming Priya - [protected] & Nidhi - [protected]
As per agreement terms point no. 7 " If due to some reason, you wish to discontinue the contract and the service provided by us within 1 month then 25% amount will be deducted from your payable amount"
As per our discussion they did not provide me care giver as per our discussion and requirement hence i asked to discontinue service and pay me the remaining 75% of paid amount (INR 7000)
after that they stopped receiving my calls and denied refunding me the amount.
They are frauds and chitters ..i wish to complaint against them
