It is an insurance company for mobile phones, I gave them my micromax phone on 9th September 2014 and they promised it to give me my phone in a week but till date they are jst ignoring an whenever i call they say u will get your phone by tomorrow everyday same answer .Micromax repaired my phone by 4th but now they are saying approval is needed due to which it is creating a problem for me. When i got my phone insured there was written tht they will give a subsitute whenever they will take phone for repairing but they didnt gave it that either..I want u to take action against them
