Dear Sir/Madam,
I ordered for 'Pelle Men's Leather Belt' (Order no.[protected] from Home Shop 18 on 3rd November 2014. I received it on 7th November 2014 but I found that wrong product was delivered to me. It was not the belt for which I ordered. Also I was not satisfied with the quality of the product. So I raised a complained (Complaint no.[protected] for a refund of my order. But anybody did not come to my home to receive the order back. Also when I called to customer care, he was rude.
Please process the refund as soon as possible.
