We draw reference multiple emails regarding assured returns cheques .And Home & Soul Directors is not providing monthly committed returns for the period November 2016 through to October 2018.
Please note that the aforesaid monthly payments were committed by you and/or by your authorized signatories at the time of purchase of the aforesaid unit. The sale was concluded purely based on such inducement. Your withdrawal from your commitments after we having fulfilled our part of the contract (by way of timely payment of our agreed installments) is highly disgraceful and not acceptable to us, for any reasons stated therein or thereafter.
You are requested to please pay the future interests due by you in a timely manner or refund the full payment made by us of Rs. 11, 35, 342.00 on or before 31 October 2018 failing which legal proceedings shall be initiated by us.
It is strongly in your interests to avoid the additional expense and embarrassment of a court appearance. We strongly advise you to take this opportunity to reach an amicable solution.
