Home Town — Non Delivery of a product

Dear Sir, I have purchased an item from Home Town with full payment in advance on 05/09/2014. my SO no. is : [protected]. While purchasing, they promised to deliver the product by 19/09/2014. But Now even after one month of purchase date, the item has not been delivered yet. When we call their customer care, every time they provide a new delivery date. I would request you to please assist me in getting this product delivered. Regards, Bipul K
